⏳ Builder Late? Make him PAY! (RERA Section 18) 👇 Stop requesting. Start demanding. 🛑 If your builder has missed the possession date mentioned in the Sale Agreement, you have TWO rights under Section 18 of the RERA Act: 1️⃣ Withdraw from the Project: Ask for a full refund with interest. 2️⃣ Stay in the Project: Demand Interest for Every Month of Delay till the actual possession is handed over. The rate of interest is usually SBI MCLR + 2%. Don't pay EMI + Rent silently. File a complaint! ⚖️ #legal

It means an "Act of God" or events beyond human control (Earthquake, Flood, War, Pandemic). What is NOT Force Majeure? ❌ Shortage of Labour ❌ Increase in Cement/Steel prices ❌ Lack of funds ❌ Delay in internal approvals If your builder gives these reasons to deny you interest on delay, they are lying. RERA does not accept these as valid excuses. Know your rights! ✊
